Aging True
Aging True supports seniors and families across Northeast Florida through home care, healthcare, nutrition, recreation and independent living services. They needed a website that could explain all of that clearly without making people feel overwhelmed.
The Brief
The site had to serve a very practical audience. Some visitors are seniors looking for help. Some are family members trying to understand care options. Others are donors, volunteers, partners or job seekers. The challenge was organizing a wide range of services and trust-building information in a way that felt calm, direct and easy to navigate. The site also needed to keep important actions visible, including getting help, donating, volunteering and contacting the team.
My Approach
I kept the structure focused on clarity first. The homepage introduces the mission quickly, then moves into the main service areas so visitors can understand what Aging True does without digging through layers of pages. I treated the navigation carefully because nonprofit and care-based websites can get confusing fast. Services, leadership, history, partners, financial information and involvement paths all needed their own place. Visually, I kept the design warm and clean, with enough space to make the content feel approachable rather than clinical.

The Result
The finished site gives Aging True a clearer and more useful digital home. Visitors can understand the organization’s mission, explore care services, find help, donate, volunteer or contact the team without feeling lost.
For a nonprofit like this, the website has to do quiet work. It needs to build trust, reduce confusion and help people take the next step. That is what I focused on here. The result feels more organized, more human and better matched to the kind of support Aging True provides every day.
