Clemson Housing
Clemson Housing needed to help people find rental options without making the process feel messy. The audience is practical. Students, parents and local renters want to see what is available, compare property details and understand who manages the homes.
The Brief
The site needed to support property listings, rental categories, search filters and property management information. It had to serve both student housing and non-student rentals, while also explaining the business behind the listings. The main challenge was structure. Real estate sites can get crowded quickly, especially when listings, filters, photos, prices and contact paths all compete for attention.
My Approach
I built the experience around finding a home first. The search area sits high on the page, followed by a clear introduction, rental categories and listing sections. Estatik Premium gives the site a stronger property-listing foundation, while Elementor supports the custom page layouts around it. I kept the design clean and direct because rental users usually do not want a long sales pitch. They want options, details and a way to ask questions.
Key Features
Property Listing System — Estatik Premium supports structured rental listings with pricing, property details, images and availability-style presentation.
Search and Filter Experience — The homepage search area helps users narrow properties by location, type, bedrooms and other rental criteria.
Student Housing Sections — Student-focused rental options are separated clearly so Clemson renters can browse relevant homes faster.
Non-Student Rental Area — The site also gives space to non-student rentals, keeping different audiences from being mixed into one confusing list.
Property Management Content — Service sections explain the management side of the business, not just the available listings.
Local SEO Foundation — Yoast SEO and location-focused content help support visibility for Clemson housing and rental searches.
Responsive Listing Layouts — Property cards, search tools and contact paths are built to stay usable across desktop and mobile.
The Result
The finished site gives Clemson Housing a much more useful rental platform. Visitors can search, browse listings, understand rental categories and contact the team without digging through disconnected pages.
The site now does what a housing website should do: make the next step easier. It gives renters a clearer route to available properties and gives the business a better structure for managing and presenting listings over time.
