The Hayes Approach
The Hayes Approach works with businesses that need stronger people systems. Fractional HR, coaching, leadership development, assessments, training, recruiting support — it is a lot to explain. The website needed to make that feel organized instead of overwhelming.
The Brief
The Hayes Approach needed a professional website that could clearly explain its HR services while building trust with business owners, leadership teams, and organizations looking for people-focused support. The site had to communicate expertise without feeling overly corporate. It needed to show that the team provides practical HR guidance, leadership coaching, and tailored support for businesses that need experienced help but may not require a full internal HR department.
My Approach
I approached the project by creating a structure that speaks directly to business leaders and decision-makers. The content was organized around the main problems The Hayes Approach solves: HR process gaps, leadership challenges, employee productivity, workplace culture, and outsourced HR support.
The design direction focused on clarity, professionalism, and warmth. Since HR is a people-centered service, the site needed to feel approachable while still carrying the credibility expected from experienced consultants.
I also made space for team visibility, thought leadership, blog content, and contact pathways so the website could support both immediate inquiries and longer-term trust building.

Team and News Content — About, team and news sections give the brand more credibility and make the business feel more personal.
Contact-Focused Flow — Contact forms and “let’s connect” sections are placed around decision points for visitors ready to start a conversation.

The Result
The finished website gives The Hayes Approach a polished and credible digital platform for presenting its HR expertise. Visitors can quickly understand who the company helps, what services are available, and how to begin a conversation.
The result is a professional consulting website that supports trust, education, and lead generation while keeping the human side of HR at the center.
