Wilson Digital
Wilson Digital is the company I’m working with now, so I look at this site a little differently than a normal client project. It has to represent the team, the services we offer, and the kind of work we want more of. It is not just a portfolio piece. It is part of the business.
The Brief
The site needed to position Wilson Digital as a full-service digital marketing agency for local and regional businesses, with clear paths into web design, SEO, social media, graphic design, reputation management and digital advertising. It also had to support local search visibility around Spartanburg and Upstate SC, while still feeling approachable for small and mid-sized businesses that may not know exactly what they need yet.
My Approach
I focused on making the site feel useful before anything else. The service structure had to be easy to follow, because visitors may arrive looking for one specific thing: website design, SEO help, social media support, or a general marketing partner. I kept the pages direct, with clear service sections, proof points, client logos, testimonials and calls to action that move people toward a conversation. The AI marketing assistant was a nice addition because it gives users a lower-pressure way to start thinking about their website or marketing before booking a call.
Key Features
Service-Based Site Structure — Core services are separated into clear pages for web design, SEO, digital marketing, social media, graphic design and reputation management, so visitors can find the right path quickly.
Local SEO Focus — The content and page structure support Spartanburg and Upstate SC search visibility, with service pages built around real local intent instead of vague agency language.
AI Marketing Assistant CTA — A dedicated assistant gives visitors a more interactive way to explore marketing ideas, SEO improvements and next steps before reaching out.
Case Study Visibility — Client examples and project proof are built into the site to show the agency’s work instead of just talking about it.
Conversion Paths — Calls to action are placed throughout the site for audits, consultations and contact forms, making it easy for interested visitors to take the next step.
Trust Signals — Client logos, testimonials, certifications and local positioning help build credibility without making the site feel overstuffed.
Flexible WordPress Setup — The site can keep growing with new services, landing pages, blog content, case studies and campaign-specific pages as the agency expands.
The Result
The site gives Wilson Digital a stronger base for both marketing and sales.
It explains what the agency does, who it helps and how people can start a conversation. The structure also supports the kind of ongoing content work an agency site needs: service pages, SEO updates, case studies, blog posts and new landing pages.
Because I’m working with the company now, I also see the practical side of it. The site has to keep doing work after launch. It needs to help with visibility, support client conversations and make the team look as capable online as they are in actual projects.
